Scope

This page holds the terms for using pipeit and the relevant offers. Separate conditions shown with a specific offer apply to that offer.

Direct transfers and pipeit Cloud

Files sent directly are end-to-end encrypted. Files kept in pipeit Cloud are stored so that pipeit can process them, for example for search, thumbnails and safety scans of shared files, and are not end-to-end encrypted.

Storage and retention in pipeit Cloud

Files, earlier versions and items in the trash count toward your storage. When storage is full, new uploads and changes that need more space are blocked; files are not deleted to make room. Earlier versions and the trash are kept for 30 days on Personal plans and for 90 days in Business workspaces.
