Send several files as one transfer
Use a group transfer when you want one acceptance for many files, and resume it with the same ID.
You need
The pipeit CLI (Linux, macOS, Windows), signed in, and the rights each command needs.
pipeit send file-a file-b … sends each file as its own transfer. If you want one shared acceptance, use the group function:
pipeit group stream send ./photo-a.jpg ./photo-b.jpg \
--request-id REQUEST-ID --target TARGET-DEVICE --route auto
pipeit group stream status REQUEST-IDREQUEST-ID must be a valid UUID that you generate once. Store it in your own job state before you start. A group can hold 2 to 100 files or directories. After an interruption or a lost response:
pipeit group stream resume REQUEST-IDDo not create it again with a new UUID. An accepted group does not mean every member has already arrived. The individual receipts and possible partial failures stay authoritative. For a specific destination this group command uses --destination-id UUID, not the alias flag of the simple send.
